Every engagement starts with understanding before action.

I don’t arrive with a favorite, ready-made framework to squeeze your project into. Every engagement starts with understanding what’s going on, and then building from there.

Step 1: Discovery

We talk through your goals, constraints, team dynamics, and where things are getting stuck. I ask the questions that often don't get asked. I might poke into areas that don't usually get questioned because you've "always been doing it this way." Let's just have a good conversation. Or how about a workshop? Sometimes that's the best way to get the ball rolling.

Step 2: Structure

I map the delivery landscape: What needs to happen, in what order, with whom, and by when. Backlogs get shaped. Roles get clarified. A workable plan starts to take form.

Step 3

I embed with your team — remote-first, on-site when it matters. I run ceremonies, manage stakeholders, unblock what's stuck, and keep the product and the process aligned. I also try to make Mondays slightly less dreadful.

Step 4

When my job is done done, your team is more capable than when I arrived. Everything is documented, the ways of working are understood, and the knowledge lives with your people. Not with me.

Embedded Digital Producer & PM

For teams who need senior delivery leadership, now.
You have a product to ship and no one holding the delivery together. I step in as your Digital Producer or Project Manager — remote-first, with on-site availability when it helps. I work across discovery, sprint planning, stakeholder management, and day-to-day delivery until your product is out the door and your team has a process that actually sticks.
Best for: digital product teams, agencies, and scale-ups with 1–3 concurrent workstreams.

UX & Usability Audit

For teams who suspect the product is working against its users.
As a certified Usability Analyst, I review your product against established heuristics and real user behaviour patterns. You get a clear, prioritised report — not an overwhelming list of everything that could be better, but a ranked set of improvements with the reasoning behind each one.
Best for: products pre-launch, post-launch plateaus, or ahead of a significant redesign.

Cross-Cultural Consulting

The part that tends to surprise people: The Japan angle. Alongside my experience in digital production, I bring a rare skill in understanding Japanese audiences and markets.
With an MA in Japanese Studies and hands-on (life) experience, I bridge European and Japanese working cultures, help teams navigate pitfalls like communication styles, decision-making processes, stakeholder expectations, and the subtleties of product localization.
