Edelman for Allianz and the International Olympic Committee
Touchpoint: Social Media (YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, X)
Year: 2024
As Account Lead and Digital Producer, I drove the ideation and production phases of this collaborative project for Allianz and the International Olympic Committee, aimed at driving traffic to the website for the 2024 Olympics via sponsored social media content.

Adidas
Touchpoint: Product Detail Page (Prototyping)
Year: 2021-2022
I supported Adidas’ creative innovation hub, based in Amsterdam, over a 10-month engagement. One of the projects I took on spanned two separate teams – Lab A (Creative Innovation) and 3D Production – and aimed at reusing and enhancing 3D models and product scans from the production process and placing them in virtual sets created with a game engine (Unreal).
The ultimate goal was to prototype new 3D content-based experiences for e-commerce product detail pages, and thereby improve online shopping engagement and product visualization for customers.
To address misalignment between teams in the Netherlands and Germany, I harmonized workflows and facilitated collaboration. I introduced agile methods tailored to the process, to aligned the teams' efforts toward a shared strategic goal. In addition, I drove agreement on standardized procedures to ensure scalability and ease of internal adoption, enabling future adaptation.
Key challenges included overcoming communication gaps and process inconsistencies due to geographic separation and differing team cultures. By fostering transparency through regular sync meetings and clarifying ownership of tasks, I helped resolve these issues and maintained momentum.
As a result, prototypes were successfully transitioned to testing, paving the way for a future rollout.

Wunderman Thompson for Eucerin
Touchpoint: Website
Year: 2020 - 2021
Dermatological skincare brand Eucerin engaged their digital and creative lead agency to relaunch their Sitecore-powered e-commerce website. For this 9-month project, we collaborated with the client’s IT and marketing teams as well as their suppliers of development and QA services in a scrum setup.
By prioritizing user experience, personalization, and design improvements, we aimed to deliver a platform that not only met user expectations but also aligned with the brand’s strategic objectives to drive user engagement and sales, and to enhance competitiveness in the skincare market.
As the agency-side Account & Project Manager, I also took on Product Owner responsibilities like translating user flows and requirements into detailed backlog items in JIRA, and backlog grooming. In doing so, I ensured alignment of project timeline and development priorities, but also wholistic overview at all times in collaborating across tech suppliers, and client stakeholders in IT and Marketing.
I brought unique value by combining expertise in Sitecore CMS and UX with deep knowledge of the client’s business goals. My active involvement in UX/UI brainstorms enabled us to design features that were both technically feasible and impactful for users. My ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams ensured that all requirements were met efficiently and without delays.
Working in scrum, the agency team faced tight deadlines to swiftly provide new sets of wireframes and designs, while balancing technical constraints with creative ambitions. To address these I streamlined communication between stakeholders, ensuring rapid decision-making and employed agile methods to adapt to changing priorities without impacting delivery timelines.
The relaunch resulted in a +6% increase in organic session duration and a -10% reduction in bounce rate within the first month post-launch. The efficient delivery of new page templates, completed way ahead of schedule, earned client praise and led to a decision to roll out the improvements globally. These outcomes reinforced the client’s trust in our agency team’s ability to deliver high-value, scalable digital solutions.
